Absolutely amazing! I have been following Pegcity Steppers on social media for years. Their posts are incredibly positive, motivating and inspiring. And they are just a lovely in person as their online profile shows. Super inspirational.

I look forward to waking up early on a Saturday morning to invest in my physical and mental health. My health is my wealth and I feel rich hanging out with my Pegcity Steppers crew. We have so much fun on our run/walk as we explore and enjoy various communities near the Forks. I have been going out and keeping it moving with the Pegcity Steppers for the past 18 months, and trust me when I say that doing it with peer support make a 5k run/walk feels like a pleasurable walk in the park. And yes, we did various park walks in and out of the city of Winnipeg this summer(2022) and it was crazy fun. I always say that I was not made for Winter. Never even thought that I could have survived going out stepping in the brutally cold weather of our winter wonderland up here in Winterpeg Manisnowba aka Winnipeg Manitoba but I became a winter warrior and is now doing my second season of winter stepping with the Pegcity Steppers crew.

It is a great place to spend time with others with similar goals and also sharing ideas about different aspects of our lives.
